LOTUS ESPRIT CARBON FIBRE

We now have a limited quantity of our range of handmade lightweight carbon fibre products made by our supplier who has many years of experience working as a composite technician in Formula One.

The most popular carbon used in our products is a 2/2 twill 200gsm pre-preg material, cured in an autoclave for a period of three hours at 120 degrees celsius. We can produce most items in a range of materials (glass fibre to pure carbon) depending on budget.

We will be offering the items below and will be looking to reproduce other items for Lotus cars including rear tailgates, bonnets, bumpers, front fuse/relay cover, complete light pods, V8 engine covers (in fire resistant carbon fibre) and V8 air filter covers.
