LOTUS ELAN M100 BRAKES

This page highlights some of the options available for brake upgrades for the Lotus Elan M100. Please note, PNM have designed our Elan kits to fit WITHOUT wheel spacers on all cars. Our rear kit is designed to fit on the standard M100 rear discs. There is no need to upgrade discs specifically for our caliper. The calipers will actually fit on discs skimmed to 8mm if required. The front kits are made to order and have a delivery estimate of 28 days which can be longer at busier times. The rear caliper kits are usually arounds 14 days. PNM does recommend customers of all our kits keep all original calipers after replacement. They can be refurbished if required and may be important in the future for originality on classic models. Both front and rear replacement kits require a car tyre repair canister to be carried as the spare does not fit. |

BIG BRAKE KITS
Lotus Elan M100 Front 275/283mm Upgrade
This performance upgrade vented brake kit fits Elan M100 and replaces the OEM disc. This kit provides superior braking performance for your Elan eliminating the brake fade of the standard calipers. The 275mm kit fits 15" wheels (Standard SE). The 283mm kits 16" or bigger wheels (Standard S2 or aftermarket wheels).
This kit fits with the standard Elan brake hoses (banjo bolts and washers supplied) but we can supply our braided hoses if required.

Lotus Elan M100 Rear Caliper Replacement (15" Wheels) - In Stock
This rear replacement caliper kit fits Elan M100 with 15" wheels and has been developed by PNM as an option to replace the original calipers which are currently very difficult to recondition due to lack of parts and extremely expensive if you can find them new. The kit uses a new lightweight alloy rear caliper (note: requires different pads to original) as a replacement for the OEM caliper, offering a modern efficient handbrake mechanism. The original Lotus calipers are now obsolete (over £600 per pair).
